The difference between white board paper and white cardboard pastry box

White board paper is a kind of cardboard with a white and smooth front and a gray background on the back chocolate box. This kind of cardboard is mainly used for single-sided color printing to make cartons for packaging. The size of the white board paper is 787mm*1092mm, or other specifications or roll paper can be produced according to the order contract. Because the fiber structure of white board paper is relatively uniform, the surface layer has filler and rubber components, and the surface is coated with a certain amount of paint, and has been processed by multi-roller calendering, so the texture of the board is relatively tight, and the thickness is relatively uniform. All cases are whiter and smoother, with more uniform ink absorption, less dusting and hair loss on the surface, stronger paper quality and better folding resistance, but its water content is higher, generally at 10 %, there is a certain degree of flexibility, which will have a certain impact on printing. The difference between whiteboard paper and coated paper, offset paper, and letterpress paper is that the paper is heavy and the paper is relatively thick.paper-gift-packaging

White board paper is made of top pulp and each layer of bottom pulp on a multi-drum multi-dryer paper machine or an oval net mixed board machine. The pulp is generally divided into surface pulp (surface layer), second layer, third layer, and fourth layer. The fiber ratio of each layer of paper pulp is different, and the fiber ratio of each layer of pulp depends on the papermaking process. Quality varies. The first layer is the surface pulp, which requires high whiteness and certain strength. Usually, bleached kraft wood pulp or partially bleached chemical straw pulp and white paper edge waste paper pulp are used; the second layer is the lining layer, which acts as an isolation surface The role of the core layer and the core layer also requires a certain degree of whiteness, usually with 100% mechanical wood pulp or light-colored waste paper pulp; the third layer is the core layer, which mainly acts as a filling to increase the thickness of the cardboard and improve the stiffness. Mixed waste paper pulp or straw pulp is used. This layer is the thickest, and cardboard with high weight is often used to hang pulp several times in several mesh slots; the next layer is the bottom layer, which has the functions of improving the appearance of the cardboard, increasing its strength, and preventing curling. High-yield pulp or better waste paper pulp is used as raw material for papermaking. The bottom surface of the cardboard is mostly gray, and other bottom colors can also be produced according to requirements.jewellery box

White cardboard is used for printing business cards, covers, certificates, invitations and packaging. White cardboard is flat paper, and its main dimensions are: 880mm*1230mm, 787mm*1032mm. According to the quality level, the white cardboard is divided into three grades: a, B, and C. White cardboard is thicker and firmer, with a larger basis weight, and its basis weight has various specifications such as 200 g/m2, 220 g/m2, 250 g/m2, 270 g/m2, 300 g/m2, 400 g/m2 and so on. The tightness of white cardboard is usually not less than 0.80 g/m3, and the whiteness requirements are relatively high. The whiteness of a, B, and C grades is not less than 92.0%, 87.0%, and 82.0%, respectively. In order to prevent swimming, white cardboard requires a larger sizing degree, and the sizing degrees of a, B, and C are not less than 1.5mm, 1.5mm, and 1.0mm respectively. In order to maintain the smoothness of paper products, white cardboard should be thicker and firmer, with higher stiffness and bursting strength. There are different requirements for the stiffness of white cardboards of different grades and weights. The larger the weight, the higher the grade, and the higher the stiffness. The greater the stiffness requirement, the general longitudinal stiffness should not be less than 2.10-10.6mN•m, and the transverse stiffness should not be less than 1.06-5.30 mN•m.chocolate box
